Except for the Smallpox and Yellow Fever live virus vaccines, vaccines are considered safe for breastfeeding and thus for milk donors.1
With regard to the Covid vaccine, there is little biological plausibility that the vaccine causes harm, and antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in milk may protect the breastfeeding child.2
